Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa Policies

At Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa, we’re committed to providing you with the best possible experience. In fact, our name Colair was inspired from an Italian word that means “to pamper”. To make sure everything runs smoothly for you, and all of our guests, we’ve put together a few simple policies and guidelines to help support our Pampering environment for both our clients and our team. Think of this as a way to protect your time and ours. 😊

Cancellations & No-Shows

Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries. We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice so that we can offer the spot to another guest. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee. This fee will go directly to your provider, to cover the time they’ve reserved, just for you. The same applies if you were to no-show your appointment without giving us notice. As a courtesy, we send an automated text reminder one week before your appointment, and again, two days before your appointment reminding you to please call us if you need to cancel or reschedule. We really appreciate your support and understanding!

Late Arrivals

We know how easy it is to get caught in traffic or run late. If you’re running behind for your appointment time, please give us a call! We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment for another day. If the latter, the above cancellation policy may apply. Our time together is valuable, and we want to be able to give you the full pampering treatment you deserve!

Payments

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do require a valid credit or debit card on file to book and secure your appointment time. Your card information is safe and secure with our confidential software. Payments are due at the time of service, and gratuities, while appreciated, are never expected. Most clients that do leave a gratuity for their salon or spa treatments, typically leave 15-20% of their service total. 

Refunds

Our goal is for you to leave glowing from your experience and feeling pampered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your service or treatment, please let us know within 48 hours. We’ll do everything we can to make it right, including a complimentary redo of the same service within 2 weeks, if necessary. However, we cannot offer refunds on services received. 

For retail products, we accept returns or exchanges within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

Gift Cards & Prepaid Packages

Gift cards are available for purchase both over the phone, and in-store. They never expire and are perfect for treating someone special (or yourself!). Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please note we cannot apply gratuities through a gift card.

We’re all about self-care routines! If you’ve purchased a prepaid series or package, please note those are non-refundable but can be transferable. If you feel like switching that remaining package amount to something else or sharing the love with a friend or family member, please reach out just let us know, and we can discuss making a possible switch for you. 

Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please let us know if you have any allergies, medical conditions, or specific concerns prior to your service so we can tailor your experience to your needs.
