Michelle is a registered nurse with 16 years of combined NICU and aesthetic nursing experience and has been with Colair since our opening. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of New Mexico. Her love for people and helping them achieve their goals to be the best they can has brought her to the emerging and ever-expanding field of cosmetic nursing. She has ongoing training in facial anatomy and has invested countless hours into continuing her education and advanced techniques. In 2022, Michelle was appointed by Allergan Medical Institute to be a National Trainer and Speaker allowing her love for injectables to be passed on to fellow injectors in the industry. Most recently she also became a Certified Revanesse Trainer. Her treatments are all about natural results. Michelle’s moto is “the best injectable is undetectable”. She is passionate and driven about her work, and is known for her attention to detail, great bedside manner, and her artistic eye. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, watching football, and spending time with her family.
