Lisa graduated from the University of Southern Maine as a Registered Nurse. She has a broad range of health care experience with an emphasis on asthma, allergy treatment and preventative medicine. Lisa believes in the importance of taking a holistic approach to health, and enjoys building relationships with clients to help facilitate a healthier lifestyle. Her ultimate goal is to help people feel great internally, which always reflects externally! In her free time Lisa enjoys biking, yoga, and spending time with her family.
