After beginning her journey as a Cosmetologist over 16 years ago, Dallas combined her passion for the beauty industry with her drive for leadership by pursuing Business Management through MacEwan University in Canada. This blend of creativity and strategy became the foundation of Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa, which has followed Dallas’s vision since its opening in 2017. Today, Colair is known not only for enhancing natural beauty, but for creating an elevated, welcoming environment where clients, employees, and community members feel seen, supported, and valued.
Dallas’s purpose extends far beyond the beauty industry: Her heart for service and belief in the importance of community are woven into everything she does, and is deeply committed to creating meaningful impact. Her involvement includes mentoring youth and other young professionals, supporting numerous charitable and philanthropic organizations, and she consistently seeks opportunities to give back through community initiatives.
A passionate advocate for women in business, Dallas has served on the Women Empowered Committee since 2020, and Gilbert Young Professionals since 2025. Her leadership earned recognition early on with a nomination for Business Woman of the Year in 2020, and she was honored to be the recipient of the 2026 Business Leader of the Year award.
Today, Dallas serves on the Board of Directors for the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce, where she works alongside fellow business and community leaders to strengthen the vibrancy of Gilbert. Her dedication reflects her core belief: that when businesses, leaders, and community members come together with purpose, everyone rises.
