I am so glad I went here, and will certainly be back! My visit began with a tour of their facility...it's pretty fancy. I didn't realize how many services they offered. Although I was nervous about a new person doing my hair, I watched my stylist say goodbye to the client she had before me, whose hair looked awesome. I felt relieved! We spent the first few minutes chatting about what I wanted, and although I didn't have pics, she seemed to understand what I was looking for. She confirmed every step with me, and my hair turned out great! It's exactly what I wanted. Her attention to detail was impeccable, along with her knowledge of the products and suggestions about what worked on my hair. The overall experience at the salon was great as well. The owners are very involved and friendly, and the staff very obviously work together to support one another. Oh. Not that this is a big deal (unless you're me), but they also have their hair dryers hanging from the ceiling... so cool!!!

I just went in for the first time last night for a Luxe facial. Let me first start off by saying the salon is very cute and clean! They made me fill out some paperwork to describe my skin, products I'm using and any medications I'm on. I think that this is really good and it ensures that no adverse reactions happen. My Esthetician was so sweet and gentle during the whole process. She asked me what my main skin concerns were to make sure she could meet my needs. The masks and all the products used did not irritate my skin. In addition, when she did the extractions, she was very gentle. I had one cystic pimple and she made sure not to touch it to avoid any scarring. This made me feel good and I felt like she really cared. The next morning my skin looked glowy and some of the skin congestion I had prior to seeing her was gone. Overall, I had a great experience and I will be back to Colair!
